Roshan Don

Roshan Don is a Mechanical Assembler and ATE Tester at Zinwave since June 2023, specializing in PCB-based mechanical products assembly, ATE product testing, problem identification, and troubleshooting, along with skills in teamwork, coordination, planning, and leadership, as well as methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Engineer at D. Samson Industries Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to December 2022, a leading footwear manufacturer in Sri Lanka, and an Internship Trainee Engineer at Laugfs Gas PLC, where training occurred in the Research and Development department. Roshan Don earned an Honours Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, completed in April 2009.
