Chen-Chen

Chen-Chen Ma, PMP, has extensive experience in project and technical management in the telecommunications industry, particularly in GSM and UMTS systems. From January 2003 to February 2006, Chen-Chen held various roles at Nortel Networks, including Technical Planning Prime, Software Designer, and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing custom feature development and billing solutions for major clients like AT&T. Following Nortel, Chen-Chen served as Project Manager at Openet, overseeing the delivery of complex projects for AT&T, and as Program Manager at Tektronix Communications, ensuring successful project completions. Since March 2025, Chen-Chen has been a Project Coordinator at Ziosk. Chen-Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and has additional qualifications in Information Technology.
