Alla Gorik

Alla Gorik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked at Appliances Connection as a Product Manager and Pricing Analyst. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at KodePloy. In 2019, they joined Cognizant as an Angular Web Developer. Alla then moved to General Motors in 2020 as a Software Developer. Currently, they are employed at Zip Co, where they initially worked as a Software Engineer I (React Native) from July 2021 to September 2022. Alla has since been promoted to the role of Software Engineer II (React Native) and continues to contribute to the company's projects.

Alla Gorik has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2009, they attended the Russian Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing. In 2017, Alla enrolled in the Flatiron School's Full Stack Web Development Immersive Program, focusing on web development. During the same year, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Brooklyn College. In 2018, they completed a short-term Java Developer program at Platform by Per Scholas.

In terms of additional certifications, Alla obtained a Java Developer certification from Cognizant in October 2018. Alla also obtained certifications in React: Using TypeScript from LinkedIn and The Ultimate React Native Series: Fundamentals from Code With Mosh in July 2021. In September 2016, they obtained a certification in Project_<code> Phase 2 (HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery) from The New York Public Library.
