Amie Siebert

Amie Siebert serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Zip Co since August 2021, with previously held positions including Senior Director, Legal, Director, Legal, and Senior Legal Counsel, Americas. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel to ViacomCBS from September 2019 to August 2021, Assistant General Counsel at Core Scientific in 2018, and Attorney at Axiom from 2016 to 2018. Earlier roles encompass Senior Corporate Counsel at GEODIS from 2013 to 2016, Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2007 to 2013, and summer associate positions at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Vinson and Elkins. Additional experience includes work with KPMG's Office of General Counsel and American Express's Global Corporate Payments, as well as a role with the American Bar Association from December 2002 to July 2004. Amie Siebert holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University.
