Mark Vilardi

Mark Vilardi currently serves as an Employee Experience Partner at Zip Co, focusing on aligning people experience initiatives with business objectives and enhancing internal communications. Previously, Mark held multiple roles at Vote Run Lead, including Senior Director of Operations & Experience, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, event budgets, and enhancing employee productivity through streamlined workflows. As National Director of Events & Organizing, Mark oversaw operations and programming for over 800 events, training more than 25,000 attendees. Mark began as Events & Operations Manager, coordinating events and developing training series to support individuals running for office.
