Matteo Verde

Matteo Verde is a Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Capability Manager at Zip Co since 2025. With a strong background in coaching, facilitation, talent acquisition, and design, Matteo has worked with leaders across the technology and insurance sectors. Prior to their role at Zip Co, Matteo held positions including Capability Lead at Sedgwick and Learning and Development Leader at EML. Matteo began their career as a Creative Pro and later worked as a guest trainer and technician at Apple. They earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Newcastle in 2013.
