Raluca Mares

Raluca Mares started their work experience as a Broker Support at Stratton Finance in November 2014 and worked in that role until April 2017. Raluca then transitioned to the role of HR Administrator at Stratton Finance from April 2017 to April 2018. Following this, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Stratton Finance from April 2018 to November 2018. Raluca then joined Prospa. in December 2018 as a People Advisor and remained in that role until March 2021. From April 2021 to December 2021, they worked as an HR Operations Advisor at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research. Presently, Raluca is working as a People Partner, ANZ at Zip Co, starting from January 2022.
