Selçuk Başköy has over 16 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong focus on credit and collections. Selçuk has worked as a Credit Collection and Legal Follow-up Manager at Zip Co since 2023. Prior to this, Selçuk held various roles at Koç Finansman A.Ş., including Credit and Collections Specialist, Credit Monitoring and Follow Official Legal, and Customer Service Officer. During their time at Koç Finansman, Selçuk demonstrated expertise in managing and recovering outstanding debts, implementing effective negotiation techniques, and maintaining open communication with customers. Before joining Koç Finansman, Selçuk worked as a Customer Service Officer at TEB and held positions as a Credit Liquidation Authority and Direct Sales Officer at Yapı Kredi. Throughout their career, Selçuk has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction and achieved significant results in reducing overdue accounts and driving revenue growth.

Selçuk Başköy completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Suleyman Demirel University, from the year 2003 to 2007. Selçuk then pursued further education at Anadolu University, where they attended the Justice Vocational School from 2014 to 2016 but did not complete a degree program. In addition, they obtained a certification in "ReMood: People Managers" from Emeritus in September 2022.
