With extensive experience in workforce management spanning over two decades, Steve has demonstrated expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and team development across various organizations, including roles at CPP North America and Carlson Marketing Group. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Travel and Tourism from St. Cloud State University.
