Avani Patel

Avani Patel is a product manager at Zipari. Avani has over 10 years of experience working in the corporate and securities legal field. Avani has worked at some of the top law firms in the country, including Brown Rudnick and Arent Fox. At Brown Rudnick, they led a team of lawyers to close a $300 million multi-jurisdictional transaction. Avani has also negotiated and closed a $10 million merger of a green computing company into a public shell.

Avani Patel has a MBA from Columbia Business School, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a Bachelors in Sociology and Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago.

Avani Patel reports to David Levy, SVP, Product Engineering. They are on a team with Kevin Waite - Product, Will Ditton - Product, and Dheeraj Duvvuru - Product.
