Jon Tyburski is an experienced professional in operational excellence and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Zipcar since April 2011. Tyburski has spearheaded various initiatives, including product technology and process improvement, and has established a comprehensive operations training team. Previous roles at Zipcar included managing locations and asset management, where responsibilities ranged from strategic expansion and vendor management to overseeing compliance with operational standards.
