Justin Holmes

Justin Holmes is an accomplished marketing and public policy professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Public Policy (Vice President) at Zipcar since 2014, Justin has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing employee satisfaction, particularly during the pandemic. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles at Zipcar, including overseeing corporate communications and strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as the interim Chief Information Officer for the City of Boston, where significant technological projects were launched, and as Director of Constituent Engagement, where Justin significantly improved citizen engagement. Additional roles include Director of Government Relations for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority and Chief of Policy and Communications for the Boston City Council President. Justin holds a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and has served as a communications officer for Franciscans International.
