Ben Frevert

Ben Frevert is an optical systems engineer with extensive experience in camera technology across various industries. They began their career at FiveFocal, developing prototype camera technology, before advancing to roles at Tesla, where they worked on HW2 cameras and led a team responsible for camera core technologies. Frevert has also held positions at Intel, Waymo, NVIDIA, and Apple, focusing on image quality and camera module design. Currently, they are a staff camera engineer at Zipline while pursuing an IB diploma at Southwest High School and hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.
