Todd Reitz

Todd Reitz is a seasoned Technical Recruiting Partner currently at Zipline since September 2025. Previously, Todd held roles at PURIS as Project Operations and Business Development Manager from April 2024 to August 2025. Todd served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Google from 2022 to 2024, leading full lifecycle recruiting for the Devices and Services organization. Before that, Todd was a Senior Technical Recruiter Lead at Amazon Web Services from 2021 to 2022, where strategic recruitment for IT Services was a focus. Todd's experience also includes being a Technical Recruiter Lead at Northrop Grumman from 2019 to 2021, and a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from 2016 to 2019, specializing in hardware and software roles. Todd began a career in geology as a Project Geologist at Kim Engineering and a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. Todd earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Maryland.
