David Hoyer

David Hoyer, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at ZipRecruiter since December 2021, after progressing from Manager of Technical Accounting. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte as an Advisory Manager and Senior Advisory Consultant from September 2018 to November 2021, and a position as a Postgraduate Technical Assistant at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from July 2017 to June 2018. David also worked as an Intermediate Accounting Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, and held various internships including Assurance Intern at EY and Reinsurance Intern at Munich Re. David holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and German Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
