Kyle Schamberger

Kyle Schamberger currently serves as the Manager of People Business Partners at ZipRecruiter, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at HP from February 2018 to July 2022, advancing through several positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included driving people strategy for senior executives within Global Legal Affairs. Kyle also held roles such as Executive Compensation Consultant and HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management and organizational strategy.
