Tim Schaaff

Tim Schaaff is an experienced analytics and data science professional, currently serving as Sr Manager at ZipRecruiter since April 2019, where previous roles included Manager, Senior Data Analyst, and Data Analyst. Prior to ZipRecruiter, Tim worked as an Analyst at Analysis Group from August 2017 to April 2019, analyzing data for economic and financial litigation cases. Academic experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Pomona College in collaboration with Professor Stephan Garcia, resulting in a published co-authored paper, as well as grading undergraduate Real Analysis courses. Tim also interned at TM Financial Forensics LLC, conducting financial analyses, and tutored students in economics at Pasadena City College. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude, from Pomona College and an Associate’s Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Pasadena City College.
