Michael M. is an experienced franchise operations executive and growth-minded leader. Currently, Michael serves as an Operations Partner at The Montante Group and is an Operating Partner for QDOBA Mexican Eats, Paymore Stores, and ZIPS Cleaners. Michael also co-owns a franchise with ZIPS Franchising LLC and has previously worked as a licensed realtor at Keller Williams Realty of South Tampa. Prior to these roles, Michael was a multi-unit franchise owner for McDonald's from 2006 to 2017. Michael studied Finance at the University of Connecticut and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland College Park.
