Daniel Weigh

Daniel Weigh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Zip World UK since December 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Head Of Operational HR at Peel Ports Group from October 2020 to November 2023 and served as Head of HR at BYK Additives & Instruments between January 2017 and October 2020, overseeing HR provision and service delivery for UK operations. Daniel’s extensive background includes significant roles at Tata Steel in Europe, where responsibilities included project management for the implementation of PeopleLink and serving as an HR Business Partner, ensuring effective HR practices across multiple countries. Earlier experience also includes positions at Corus and British Steel, beginning as an apprentice. Daniel holds an MSc in Management with HR Pathways from the University of Chester and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources.
