The Instruction and Training team at ZipWorld is responsible for ensuring all employees, especially instructors, are well-trained and equipped to deliver top-notch safety and exhilarating customer experiences. They develop and implement training programs, conduct onboarding sessions, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The team collaborates closely with HR for recruitment and continual staff development.
