Alec Imad

Alec Imad is an IT InfraOps and Cyber Security Manager with over 15 years of experience in delivering technology solutions. Currently, they manage IT infrastructure and operational support services at ZircoDATA, focusing on building a secure and high-performing technology environment. Alec previously served as a Service Desk Manager at Energy Power Systems Australia, leading a team to implement ITIL practices and ensuring customer-focused service delivery. They also held positions as an Owner of Multicore System Integrators and Information Technology Administrator at Mentone Girls' Grammar School, where they developed extensive expertise in managing IT services and project support. Alec is pursuing their education at RMIT University.
