Donna Wright is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience, marketing, and strategic development. They have held significant roles, including Director of Customer Experience and Accessibility at V/Line and Senior Manager of Customer Experience at the Level Crossing Removal Project, where they focused on stakeholder engagement and service improvement. Donna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
