和兴 杨 is a digital operations leader based in Beijing with a master’s degree in business administration from Beijing Institute of Technology. With 17 years of experience, their career spans supply chain management, logistics optimization, and O2O service operations. Currently, they serve as the head of intelligent service digital operations at Longfor Group, having previously held a significant role at Ziroom, where they managed the renovation, maintenance, and cleaning service departments, achieving an annual GMV exceeding 7 billion RMB. Prior to that, 和兴 had extensive experience at Lenovo, where they led supply chain and sales operations, contributing to various strategic projects.
