Marlee Secary has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marlee currently works at Zirtual, where they started as a West Coast District Manager in February 2021 and later took on the role of District Manager, overseeing daily operations and focusing on growth metrics and client retention. In May 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations.

Prior to Zirtual, Marlee worked at INFOCU5 as a Director of Operations from August 2020 to November 2020. There, they were responsible for overseeing company initiatives and SaaS implementations, ensuring quality service and customer retention. Marlee also served as a General Manager and Human Resources Director, supporting the CEO with daily operations and implementing long-term business strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Product Development Lead, focusing on end-user experience and satisfaction, and as a Customer Service Lead.

Before joining INFOCU5, Marlee served as the General Manager of Telluride Truffle, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing 15 employees, and maintaining business standards in an artisan chocolate shoppe.

Their earliest work experience was as a Teaching Professional at Bifanng Bizheng School, where they taught English and History to students aged 8-18, assessed language skills, and assisted in teacher recruitment.

Throughout their career, Marlee has displayed strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and an ability to manage and implement operational improvements.

Marlee Secary's education history includes attending Mills College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on American History (United States) and Chinese History. Additionally, they also studied Chinese Language and History at Peking University. Marlee has obtained a Certificate to Teach English as a Foreign Language (CTEFL) from Clare Language Centre, although the exact month and year are unknown.
