Alex Grigorescu

Alex Grigorescu is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zitec, with a track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies, maintaining recruitment databases, and conducting candidate assessments. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Associate and Trainee at Zitec, as well as customer experience and sales leadership positions at AIESEC, where team coordination and volunteer engagement were key focuses. Additionally, experience in human resources was gained through an internship at Brilliant Recruitment, involving full cycle recruitment and candidate management.
