Ana Mincă

Ana Mincă is an Agile Delivery Manager at Zitec. Ana has over 20 years of experience in multiple teams of Developers, QA, DevOps, and Architects. Ana is responsible for the Agile process within the teams and selecting the most suited methodology depending on context and organization’s needs. Ana also supports Scrum teams by promoting Agile practices and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.

Ana has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

Ana Mincă holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychologist-Sociologist from Spiru Haret University / Sociology and Psychology College. Ana is certified from Ministerul muncii, familiei si protectiei sociale in Quality management manager and from Kepner-Tregoe in Project management. Ana also holds a certification from Scrum.org in PSM I.
