Renaud D. is the CEO and Co-Founder of ZIWO Cloud Contact Center Software and the Founder of Eleven - The People Engagement Network. From 2000 to 2004, they held various roles at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, including Director of Product Management - Global, and managed technical support, manufacturing, marketing and sales in France, while also serving as Managing Director for the Middle East, East Africa and Central Asia. They earned an MBA from INSEAD (2010–2011) along with a Master of Science in Engineering in Mechanical & Industrial Processes from Arts et Métiers ParisTech (1990–1994) and completed a Classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles in Mathematics and Physics (1988–1990); they also completed military service as a Scientist at Direction générale de l'armement (1994–1995) and were a Wamda X mentor (2018–2020).
