Alan Raymond

Alan Raymond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alan currently works as a Senior Solutions Engineer and previously worked as a Sales Engineer at Zixi. In these roles, they focused on powering cloud infrastructures and transforming IP connections into broadcast-quality video delivery networks. Alan has knowledge in areas such as software as a service, content distribution networks, real-time transport protocols, and encoding/decoding. Prior to Zixi, Alan worked as the proprietor of Office Networking Enterprises, providing general IT support. Alan also held positions at Avaya, BurstPoint Networks, Radvision, CUseeMe Networks, White Pine Software, and served in the US Navy.

Alan Raymond attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Radiation Health Physics.
