Matthew Pask

Matthew Pask is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Zizzi Restaurants since June 2019, Matthew previously held the role of Operations Manager for North England, Ireland, and Scotland at Carluccio's from April 2011 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Multi Unit Manager at Aramark in Canada from July 2007 to March 2009, and as a Multi Site Manager at Starbucks from July 1999 to July 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple locations and general management duties.
