Tracey Cusack

Tracey Cusack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Country Manager for Ireland at Zizzi Restaurants since March 2025, Tracey previously held the position of Managing Director at Camile Thai Kitchen from June 2021 to March 2025, where a business development role was also undertaken. Prior to this, Tracey was the Managing Director at Zest Catering Ltd from January 2010 to June 2021 and worked as General Manager at O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bars from October 1998 to October 2009. Tracey holds an MBA from Dublin City University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
