David White

David White has over 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry. David began their career in 2011 as a Recruiter for Cybersecurity Tech Vendors at expand executive search. In 2014, they founded and became the Director of McInnes White, a start-up headhunting and recruitment business with a focus on cyber security technology vendor recruitment. In 2017, they joined Varonis as the Talent Acquisition Manager - Europe, and was the driving force in implementing structure and strategy to talent acquisitions efforts in the region. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Manager - Global at ZL Tech, an industry leader in enterprise-class information governance software. David is responsible for managing all recruitment processes in Europe, from selection, through interview and offer to start dates.
