Elbert Dang

Elbert Dang has been employed in various roles since 2008. Elbert began their career at Boys and Girls Clubs of America as a Program Assistant in 2008. In 2009, they joined Gigabox Computers as a Computer Repair Technician, where they were responsible for computer diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair, hardware and software configuration and installation, and research and development on software tools. In 2012, they moved to SparkPoint at Skyline College as a Student Assistant, where they assisted in setting up and organizing events, greeted and explained Sparkpoint services to clients, and set up and verified appointments. Most recently, in 2019, they joined ZL Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer, where they troubleshoot client issues with ZL's complex enterprise information governance software and infrastructure and assists in installation, upgrading, and troubleshooting of ZL Software on client environments.

Elbert Dang attended Jefferson Adult School from 2008 to 2008, where they earned a Certificate in Computerized Accounting. Elbert then attended Skyline College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Mathematics. Finally, they attended San Francisco State University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
