Joyce Zhou

Joyce Zhou has been working in the tech industry since 2005. Joyce started as a Network Engineer at NTT Communications in 2005 and then became a Project Trainee at NTT America in 2011. From 2012 to 2015 they worked as a Service Manager at NTT Communications and NTT America respectively. In 2016, they joined ZL Tech as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Project Manager.

Joyce Zhou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and System Engineering from Kobe University between 2001 and 2005. In 2013, they obtained the LPIC1 certification in May, as well as the CCNP certification in April.
