Deborah Boyd has over a decade of experience in account management and client services. Deborah currently holds the position of Senior Client Services Manager at zLinq since February 2022. In this role, Deborah is responsible for managing major accounts and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Prior to joining zLinq, they worked at Innovative Business Solutions, LLC. as an Account Manager from August 2012 to May 2019. At Innovative Business Solutions, Deborah was responsible for managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Before that, they worked at ADVODA as an Account Manager from September 2009 to July 2012. In this role, Deborah worked closely with customers on audits and network design, and was highly proficient in using Visio for network diagrams. Prior to ADVODA, Deborah worked at Lewan & Associates as a Project Circuit Coordinator from March 2007 to July 2009. In this position, they performed audits, prepared contracts, and played a key role in winning a 20+ site MPLS deal. Deborah's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Account Executive at Qwest Communications in 2007, where they focused on finding new revenue opportunities and creating solutions for customers. Overall, Deborah has a strong background in account management, client services, and network design.

Deborah Boyd obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver between the years 1989 and 1991.
