Idan Alfa serves as the VP Finance at Schindler since 2025, bringing extensive experience in financial management from previous roles including Finance Manager at RADCOM, overseeing an international finance team, and Global Director of Finance at Eitan Medical, where responsibility encompassed all international financial operations. Prior experience as Group Controller at EndyMed Medical involved board participation and managing a comprehensive accounting framework, while earlier experience at EY as a CPA-Auditor included providing audit services and managing compliance for public companies. Idan Alfa holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies.
