Nicholas West

Nicholas West is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Research Analyst at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development since May 2012. Nicholas also holds a concurrent position at ZocDoc since March 2011, where responsibilities include data entry, mailing systems, and office assistance. Previous experience includes serving as shore staff at Intercruises Shoreside & Portside, greeting and checking in customers, and acting as Principal Bass at the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra, managing communication and rehearsals. Additionally, Nicholas has experience in customer service at Cost Plus World Market and as a counselor at Stevenson School, focusing on music education. Academically, Nicholas earned a Master’s degree in Double Bass Performance from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in String Performance from Northwestern University.
