Therese Lim

Therese Lim serves as the Chief Product Officer at Zocdoc since August 2025, following a significant tenure at Uber from February 2017 to August 2025 as the Sr. Director of Product for Uber Eats New Verticals and Uber Direct. In this role, Therese led the development of various delivery solutions including grocery, convenience, and pharmaceutical services within Uber Eats. Prior to Uber, Therese held the position of Director of Product Management at Audible, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing international expansion and Amazon device integrations, and earlier as a Senior Product Manager focused on Whispersync for Voice. Additional experience includes a role at Amazon as a Product Manager for Kindle Newsstand, creating strategic initiatives for digital magazine consumption on Kindle Fire, and earlier positions at Google leading communications in Southeast Asia. Therese holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
