Therese Lim currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Zocdoc, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Therese worked at Uber from February 2017 to August 2025 as the Sr. Director of Product for Uber Eats New Verticals and Uber Direct, leading initiatives in grocery, alcohol, and Rx delivery. Earlier experiences include directing product management at Audible, focusing on international expansion and Amazon device integrations, and managing the Whispersync for Voice product. Additional roles were held at Amazon in the Kindle Newsstand division and at Google in various communications and public affairs positions across Southeast Asia. Therese holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
