Veronica Borges

Veronica Borges is an accomplished Director of Product Design at Zocdoc since October 2017, where leadership has focused on enhancing the provider side of the marketplace and integrating AI to improve user experience. Previously, Veronica has led design initiatives for patient experiences, managing teams across various roles such as Senior Product Design Manager and Product Design Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Designer at AltSchool, where efforts centered on teacher planning and student engagement, and as a Product Designer and Developer at Yiftee, contributing to product design and development. Veronica began a career in design and development with internships at Qualcomm and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
