Caroline Conner

Caroline Conner has a long and varied career in project management. Caroline began their career in 2007 as a Freelance Traffic Manager for Anderson DDB and a Freelance Senior Traffic Associate for Publicis Modem. Caroline then transitioned to a Freelance Senior Project Manager for Evoke and Euro RSCG in 2008 and 2009, respectively. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Associate Director at Cutwater. In 2008, they also worked as a Freelance Project Manager for Publicis Modem. From 2010 to 2021, they were the Director of People Development and Delivery at Punchcut. In 2021, they joined WillowTree as a Program Director, where they collaborated to define the strategic vision and goals, establishing a culture of accountability and psychological safety. Caroline is currently working as the Associate Director of Client Engagement for ZoCo Design.

Caroline Conner attended Williams College and Trinity Valley School.
