Michaël M.

Michaël M. has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Michaël began their career in 2001 as a co-founder of LAN-Zone SA. Michaël then worked as a System Engineer for the Ville de Genève from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they became an IT Consultant for Smartwave SA. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Video Production Specialist for Geneva Business News, Genève. In 2014, Michaël co-founded apelab and served as CTO until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Lead Game Developer for Artanim in 2018. In 2019, Michaël worked as a Teacher at HEG - Genève and a Teacher Assistant at HEAD – Genève, University of Art and Design. Michaël currently serves as a Unity Software Engineer at Dreamscape Immersive.

Michaël M. has an extensive educational background. Michaël obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing (BASc) from HEG between 2000 and 2003. Michaël then went on to study Graphic Design at HEAD - Geneva University of Art and Design (HES-SO) from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree (BA). Michaël continued their studies at HEAD - Geneva University of Art and Design (HES-SO) from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master's degree (MA) in Media Design & Interaction Design. In addition, Michaël M. has two certifications from Sun Microsystems - a Sun certified programmer J2EE (obtained in November 2007) and a Sun certified programmer J2SE (obtained in October 2007).
