Erica Ring

Erica Ring, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Sr HR Business Partner at Zoetis Inc. since November 2013, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for U.S. Livestock, Equine, Platinum Performance, and the Durham Site. Prior to Zoetis, Erica held various HR management roles at Credit Suisse from August 2005 to November 2013, including overseeing significant HR projects for the Americas region and managing operational matters within the global Center of Excellence. Erica also worked as an HR Manager at Harris Corporation and as an HR Representative/Associate at ABB, where Erica acquired skills in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
