James Milligan

James Milligan is an accomplished Chief Security Officer and Head of Security Strategy at Zoetis, where they oversee the global security strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. With over 22 years of experience, Milligan has served as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the FBI, managing complex investigations and leading the Criminal Enterprise Branch in Philadelphia. They have also held significant roles within the FBI's International Operations Division and Transnational Organized Crime units, where they developed partnerships to combat major crime drivers. Milligan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Wheaton College and a Doctor of Law from Valparaiso University.
