Min Yang is a Director of Global Manufacturing Technology at Zoetis, bringing expertise in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and biopharmaceutical operations to their role. With a diverse background in fermentation, downstream processing, and analytical science, Min has successfully led cross-functional teams to drive innovations that enhance operational excellence and employee empowerment. Min previously held positions at several notable companies, including Novartis and Elanco, and has a Ph.D. in Food Science with an emphasis in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis. They also own Tube Audio Lab, specializing in high-end audio reproduction equipment.
