Patience bin

Patience Bin is a seasoned compliance and legal professional with extensive experience in leading global teams across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compliance & AI Governance at Zoetis since August 2021, Patience oversees compliance operations for the largest animal healthcare company and is a member of key leadership councils. Previously, Patience held the position of Head of Group Global Anti-Corruption at Natura &Co, where leadership was provided through a crucial organizational integration following the acquisition of Avon Products. Patience also served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Avon in Asia Pacific, directing legal and compliance initiatives across jurisdictions. Earlier career experience includes work as a Senior Associate at Mayer Brown, focusing on anti-corruption and M&A compliance, and as an Associate at DLA Piper, where compliance policies and training for multinational corporations were implemented. Patience holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University and completed an Executive Education Program at NYU Stern School of Business.
