Tess Caputo

Tess Caputo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy within the healthcare and consulting sectors. From February 2020 to December 2023, Tess served as the Chief Operations Officer for the US at Zoetis, overseeing on-site operations. Prior to that, Tess held multiple leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from April 2014 to February 2020, including VP of US Strategy, Digital and Analytics, and Head of Corporate Strategy, as well as progressing to Partner, Principal, and Project Leader. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Capgemini Consulting from July 2010 to December 2012 and a brief internship at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2009. Tess holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
