Todd ODonnell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Transformation at Zoetis since February 2013, Todd ODonnell leads complex strategic programs to drive growth within the Global Manufacturing & Supply organization. Previous roles at Zoetis include Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and various leadership positions in operations and global operational excellence. Prior experience at Pfizer included serving as Site Operational Excellence Leader, earning the President’s Award for transformative performance enhancements. Todd ODonnell holds advanced degrees from institutions such as Columbia Business School, the University of Oxford, and Nebraska Wesleyan University, alongside a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Zoetis Inc.
