Tony Down is a seasoned procurement and supply chain leader with 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, defense, construction, and aerospace. Currently serving as Director of Global Procurement & External Supply at Zoetis, Tony is passionate about improving performance and managing change through Lean thinking and team development. They have previously held key roles such as Head of Operational Excellence at Babcock International Group and Site Procurement Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they successfully implemented strategic sourcing and procurement transformations. Tony holds a Lean Black Belt from Cardiff University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the University of Staffordshire.
