John Joshua

John Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, obtained in 2018. John Joshua has been with Zoho since June 2019, advancing from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Product Support Engineer, and currently serves as Team Lead for Customer Support. Prior to Zoho, John Joshua completed an internship at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions in March 2018.
