Matthew Benson is a procedural computer graphics expert and generative AI specialist currently serving as a Senior Pipeline Technical Artist at Zoic Studios, where they work at the intersection of procedural computer graphics and next-generation pipelines. They previously held positions at Pixar Animation Studios as a Resident FX Technical Director and a Technical Director, and contributed as a Senior Technical Artist at Synthesis AI. Matthew also collaborated with NASA while studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Effects. As the founder of Veridic Systems, they now focus on helping creative agency founders balance art and technology, integrating AI in ways that preserve individual creative voices.
