Nick Pendleton

Nick Pendleton has been working in the business industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Chairman of Entec Sound & Light, a UK-based technical production, sound, and lighting company. In 2020, they took on the role of Executive Chairman at Chameleon Event Production, a design, technical production, and content creation partner. In 2015, they also founded Forge Strategy & Growth Associates, a company that helps individuals and companies define and deliver a better future.

In 2016, Nick Pendleton became an Investment Director and Investor at RotaGeek, a company that revolutionizes employee scheduling. Nick also took on the role of Portfolio Manager and Board Member at MARQUEE ORGANISATION LIMITED, a company responsible for deploying capital for investment. In the same year, they became a Non Executive Director at Digital Works Consulting, an advisory firm that helps companies embrace digital for better business outcomes.

Most recently, in 2020, Nick Pendleton became the Lead Angel investor and Board Observer at ZOKRI, a SaaS solution that helps companies set and align strategy to objectives.

Nick Pendleton's education history includes a 2:1 in Economics from the University of Nottingham (1986-1989), a Certificate and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (1989-1991), an MSc in Strategic Marketing Management from Nottingham University Business School (2000-2001), an MBA from Henley Business School (2001-2005), a BT Executive Leadership Programme from Cranfield School of Management (2005-2006) and London Business School (2005-2006), a Royal Mail Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2012-2013), and membership of the Strategic Centre and alumni from Hult Ashridge (1995-2012).
